Middle Housing For The Middle Class
Putting Ownership Within Reach
We put ownership in reach by creating NOAH (naturally occurring affordable housing) through landowner Joint Ventures, opportunistic acquisitions, and financial creativity.
Quality, Equity, and Community
Creating equity in housing means providing access to quality, energy-efficient homes that aren't deeply deed-restricted, allowing middle-class families to build wealth and positively impact their community.
Trauma Informed Design
Light, color, personal spaces, and gathering areas are essential in creating housing communities that are inviting and welcoming to all. Our goal is to create communities that soothe the soul.

Launch & Grow
Capacity Grants
Debt & Equity Partnerships
AHS needs capacity grants, debt, and equity investments to expand its impact and address the critical need for affordable homeownership. Capacity grants will help AHS build internal infrastructure, hire key staff, and enhance operational efficiency to scale projects effectively. Debt and equity investments are essential to finance land acquisition, development costs, and innovative housing models like Rent-to-Own, enabling AHS to provide more affordable ownership opportunities and create lasting community wealth.
Technical Assistance &
Accelerator Cohorts
Attainable Housing Solutions (AHS) needs accelerator cohorts to gain critical mentorship, industry connections, and technical assistance that can rapidly advance its mission of affordable homeownership. Through accelerator programs, AHS can refine its business models, develop scalable strategies, and form valuable partnerships with experts and investors in housing and finance. These cohorts provide the tools, network, and knowledge AHS needs to innovate and expand its impact, creating more pathways to ownership for middle-income and BIPOC families.
Homebuyer Advocacy
Partner with Attainable Housing Solutions to champion the middle-class homebuyer by advocating for increased federal and state resources that support ownership housing for everyone. Together, we can push for policies and bills that restrict private equity investment in single-family homes, preserving affordability and ensuring that homeownership remains within reach for working families.
